From the opening track, the aptly titled \u201cM-80,\u201d to the ridiculously catchy chorus of \u201cShe Loves Me Not,\u201d comes a nonstop barrage of cathartic metal. On \u201cDecompression Period,\u201d one of the album\u2019s pseudo-ballads, Jerry Horton\u2019s driving rhythms help break the monotony of an otherwise drab experience.
