Unlike his former band, Crooked Fingers showcase Bachmann\u2019s songwriting prowess and arrangements.\u00a0<em>Red Devil Dawn<\/em>\u00a0is actually the Fingers\u2019 third release and the first of the band\u2019s for Merge Records, also responsible for the latest Imperial Teen and Radar Brothers sides. On \u201cDon\u2019t Say a Word,\u201d we\u2019re treated to the violin work of Andrej Curty and the shuffling rhythms of drummer Brian Giblet.
